Advanced In-House Capabilities
Our production floor centers on multi-axis turning centers with live tooling, sub-spindles, and bar loaders, as well as machining centers equipped with 4th-axis capability, high-speed spindles, and Renishaw probing. This one-and-done approach minimizes setups and lets us routinely hold 0.0005 in. or less on critical features
Multi-Axis Turning Centers
We run advanced multi-axis turning centers that feature live tooling and sub-spindles, fed by automatic bar loaders for true lights-out production; together, this setup lets us hold tolerances as tight as ± 0.0005 inch on critical features.
High-Performance Machining Centers
Our machining lineup includes 3- and 4-axis mills with high-speed spindles and Renishaw probing for on-machine verification, enabling one-and-done setups that keep cycle times to a minimum.
One-Stop Production Flow
A mixed cell of turning and milling centers allows us to consolidate operations, reduce part transfers, and shorten overall lead times while safeguarding dimensional accuracy.
