Dynacut Manufacturing exists to meet and exceed customer expectations for accuracy, delivery, and value. Every capability listed below—milling, turning, inspection, and coordinated finishing—stems from equipment we own, processes we follow, and skills our team has cultivated through formal training and daily practice.
CNC Milling
High-Performance Equipment
Dynacut Manufacturing operates vertical and horizontal machining centers outfitted with high-speed spindles, 1,000 psi thru-spindle coolant, Renishaw probing, and full 4-axis rotary tables—all driven by powerful CAD-CAM software.
One-Setup Efficiency
By combining multiple operations into a single program—face milling, pocketing, drilling, and probe verification—we slash labor time and eliminate the tolerance stack-ups that happen when a part is moved from vise to vise.
Flexible for Any Volume
Vertical mills tackle low-volume or prototype work.
An Okuma horizontal machining center shoulders higher quantities without breaking rhythm.
Skilled People, Current Methods
Our machinists attend training seminars, cutting-tool classes, and industry trade shows, keeping their metal-cutting knowledge as current as the machines they run. That pairing of tech and talent allows Dynacut to mill the intricate geometries designers expect today.
CNC Turning
Many modern lathe parts demand more than two axes. Wrench flats, angled cross-holes, and face-tapped threads appear on a single print, and Dynacut machines them all without leaving the chuck. Every turning center on our floor is multi-axis, equipped exactly the same way you just read—live tooling, sub-spindle, and bar loader.
Advantages You Specified
Single-setup machining keeps concentricity intact.
Consistent tolerances down to .0005 in.
Capacity for 10 or 10,000 parts under one repeatable process plan.
Whether you need a small pilot lot or a long production run, the same program logic and tool path produce every piece—no shortcuts, no surprises.
CNC Swiss
Sliding headstock multi-axis lathes, commonly known as Swiss-Type lathes, have the capability of running very small intricate turned parts with ease. Utilizing a front guide bushing we can run very long length to diameter ratios where traditional turning equipment will struggle. With multiple spindles and live tooling, we can produce a great deal of features in one operation. Often with diametrical tolerance below .0005 total deviation. Automatic bar loaders feed material for lights-out operation.
Live tooling and sub-spindles finish secondary features without refixturing.
One-operation flow eliminates error and protects on-time delivery.
Why These Capabilities Matter
The charter we set in 2010 still governs every quote and shipment.
Bar-fed lathes and palletized mills keep chips flying after hours, guarding your schedule.
Machinists trained in current methods suggest cost-saving tweaks without altering function.
Need heat treat, anodize, or passivation? We coordinate with proven vendors so finished parts arrive under one PO.
ISO workflows and CMM data prove critical features are held to spec before the box is sealed.
